Ninth House by Leigh Bardugo has easily become one of my favorite books. Though I was a bit late to the game, I became completely engrossed by the darkness and magic the story ensued. I find myself eagerly anticipating the sequel.
Artemis has pretty much always been my favorite of the Greek Goddesses. I was almost named after her. I thought it was the coolest thing ever once I learned that she was the Goddess of the Moon (something I was and am totally obsessed with).
Ahsoka Tano has become one of my favorite Star Wars characters. It all started with my first watch of The Clone Wars about three or four years ago in prep for Star Wars Celebration in Orlando. Since then, I thought Snips was one of the coolest girls in the galaxy. I wanted to emulate her in my lightsaber combat and my day to day life.
Ever since I got my Soot Sprites tattoo (from amazing Studio Ghibli movie, Spirited Away), I have been itching to make an outfit to compliment the little cuties on the back of my arm. A while back, I had worn all black with these super cute socks from Sugarbones. While I loved the outfit, I knew it wasn’t enough.
Not going to lie, I’m pretty devastated about the postponing of Mulan. Extremely understood, of course, given the whole world situation right now. But still pretty bummed.
With the wonderful return of Star Wars: The Clone Wars on Disney+ it was about time to share my Ventress look. Ventress is one of my favorite characters in the Star Wars universe. She’s a bad b*tch and everything I wish I could emulate.
Over the holiday weekend, I made my second trip to Walt Disney World’s: Galaxy Edge in Hollywood Studios. Upon my first trip, everything had seemed to go wrong. And while I enjoyed my first time in Batuu, I couldn’t do some of the main things I had wanted to explore on the galactic outpost! Such as build a lightsaber or ride the Rise of the Resistance.
As some of you may know, I recently co-hosted a Star Wars-themed fashion challenge. In preparation for The Rise of Skywalker premiere, we came up with daily and festive themes. By the time this post is published, the movie will be out! I’m so excited! So there won’t be any spoilers in this post (because at the time of writing this, I haven’t seen it).
With The Rise of Skywalker‘s release quickly approaching, my Star Wars obsession has been peaking. To celebrate the rise of my obsession, I threw together an outfit that incorporates all of my favorite things, with a twist: Star Wars business casual!
I’ve recently become obsessed with anything and everything author V.E. Schwab writes and am on an excessive binge read of all her books.
