It’s no secret that community is very important to us at The Sartorial Geek. We love our online hangouts, but it’s always great to be able to get together in person as well. Which is why we’re so excited about our latest venture!
We’re thrilled to partner with our friend Jesse Corinella to create Sartorial Geek x Paracosmos art parties (think drink and draw, except it’s the middle of the day so we also have coffee and tea and snacks). Jesse Corinella is an incredible artist (and the person behind the cover of Issue 003 of Sartorial Geek magazine) who is always working on fun collaborative projects. We’re so excited to be a part of this one!
For our first art party, we gathered supplies, friends, and a great list of drawing prompts based around the movie of the season: Avenger’s Endgame. Some people brought their own personal projects, and some people mostly hung out with coloring books (cough, me). We had a lot of fun messing around with Thanos/Infinity Gauntlet prompts, and we even created a few exclusive products that are available for purchase for a limited time!
We had such a great time that we’re doing it again. Our next art party is set for June 23 – follow us on Facebook for updates about future events!
