It’s been over a month and I’m still not over Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
By now, I’m assuming most theatre-goers have seen the final film in the Skywalker saga at least once (some of us more than once). But for those who haven’t seen The Rise of Skywalker, be warned! We’re talking heavy spoilers in this post.
Even the best of us are a little bit emo on the inside, and 2019 came to remind us of the angsty teenagers we are at the core. Between the My Chemical Romance reunion, the triple headliner Hella Mega Tour announcement with Greenday, Weezer , and Fallout Boy, and the Frozen II soundtrack featuring Panic! at the Disco on the lead track, it’s clear that this isn’t just a phase – “it’s who we are, mom!”
It’s hard to believe the epic conclusion to the Skywalker saga, The Rise of Skywalker, is hitting the big screen in just over a month. Whether you’re a fan who’s well versed in the extended universe or more of a casual viewer, one thing’s for certain – everyone’s buzzing about Star Wars right now.
