Supernatural is finally coming to end after 15 long seasons of pure and amazing butt-kicking brothers. I have followed the show since I was a kid and remember when Sam and Dean would hunt ghosts in season one, airing after the original Charmed.
However, it wasn’t until five or six years ago that I got hooked. I binge watched all nine (that was how many were out at the time) seasons of Supernatural on Netflix. It was a wild ride, one that I loved. Dean was my fandom boyfriend for the longest time.
When Jordan released this month’s shirt(s) of the month, I was thrilled to see they were Supernatural based. There were three designs in total. I grabbed two but plan on getting the last one before they’re gone!
This shirt, however, is my favorite: Family Don’t End With Blood. This quote is so impactful to me. I have so many people in my life that I feel are more than friends, they’re family. And that is one of my favorite messages in Supernatural. Cas, Charlie, Jo, Ellen, Bobby, and Kevin were/are some of my favorite characters in the show, and treated the boys as more than just fellow hunters. They were family.

So to commemorate the show with too many seasons that I love so much, I decided to do a mini photo shoot. The photos were all taken by Kevin Mijares (@kev_mija_photography on IG). And it was a total blast, filled with spooky nostalgia for the monsters, ghosts, and creatures the Winchester brothers have fought throughout the current 14 seasons.
As I mentioned, the top is from Jordan DenĂ©. I got a T-shirt one size up, and cropped it. The skirt is (surprisingly) from Wish. I also ordered a size up, due to Asian sizing. (Tip: Read reviews! I suddenly buy a lot from Wish and have NOT been disappointed! I just read the reviews on the items, look for images, etc.) And I’m accessorizing it all with Dean’s Amulet that he wears for the first few seasons of the show. (You can clearly see the necklace in the first image!)
I don’t quite know if I’m ready for the last season. It’ll be so weird when the show finally ends, but I’m excited nonetheless. To get in the mood, I found this amazing playlist on Spotify that I have been jamming to!
Are you going to see the final season of Supernatural? What do you want to happen?
