Thank you so much for your sweet reviews! Not only do they help us look good to the iTunes gods, but they also help us realize what you most enjoy hearing from our show.

One of the most common reviews we’ve seen so far? You love all the cool nerdy things that get recommended here! So, we’re doing an entire recommendations episode!

Liz and I chat about:

  • A favorite book we’re reading
  • Podcasts we love
  • TV show we can’t get enough of
  • Movie we still love even though it’s kind of old
  • Cool places we’ve been shopping
  • Organizations we’re really into

And we also announce something we’re SUPER excited about!

Drumroll please… we started a new geeky community! We’ve been messing around with Facebook groups and Twitter lists and even tried to see if LinkedIn could help. We hadn’t been able to find a platform to fit all the needs of an online community that can actually interact with each other. We want to start book clubs and learn about the cool projects everyone is working on and plan convention panels together and actually get to know each other. Mighty Networks seems like the answer we’ve been waiting for.

One of my favorite aspects of this group is that you can find people and events near you if you want to hang out with other nerds IRL! (Just the city, nothing creepy like your actual address.) For those in the NYC area, we’re posting all of our new Sartorial Geek hangouts. And we would love to see you there!

Please join our completely free super cool nerdy hangout!

Have a great week, and thanks again for hanging out with us. If you enjoy the show, please help us out by subscribing, leaving a review, and checking out our Patreon at www.patreon.com/sartorialgeek.

Stay nerdy.

Special thanks to our editor + music composer Dan Ison
