Nerdy Couples Who Like Different Things with Chris and Becca

Chris and Becca are one of my favorite nerdy couples from college. They’re a great photography team (you may have seen some of their photos on the Jordandene website) and also throw THE best themed parties. We talk about their annual Harry Potter holiday party, which is in a different location every year (like the Slytherin dungeon or Weasleys’ house) and is complete with paper invites, tons of cosplay, and on point food and drinks.

Nerdy Couples Who Like Different Things with Chris and Becca

Something I love about Chris and Becca’s nerdiness is that they nerd out about different things, or on different levels, but still find a way to do it together. For their themed parties, Chris likes to come up with broad concepts, and Becca gets into the details and actually putting everything together. Becca isn’t super into video games, but there are a few that she really likes, and Chris knows to pull those out if they want to play together. Chris likes audiobooks, Becca likes physical books, and they can read through series separately and talk about them as they go. We’re on a mission to prove that fans can be different from each other and still love what they love, and Chris and Becca are a great example of that!
