As someone who follows the beauty community, I think about lashes a lot. I don’t have much experience with them, but they’re so pretty and I just wanted to try ’em. So I decided to go hard and buy some Glamnetic lashes.

I thought trying Glamnetic would be a neat idea. I could slap some special liner on, drop the lashes on, and off I’d go! I was down to try a product that promised 40+ wears and thought that the magnets would make it easier to apply.

So here we are!

First of all, these aren’t cheap.

A pair is about $30 (which is kind of an average lash price), but the magnetic liner is around $43. Both are necessary to apply them so you have to spend over $70 for a pair of lashes.

Yes, they are reusable, which is neat and helpful, but looking on Sephora, some brands make lashes for the same price, but their lash glue is usually around $10.

Glamnetic Lashes and Magnetic Liner

With Glamnetic, you’re definitely paying for convenience.

It’s definitely a bit easier to put magnetic lashes on than regular ones. But almost twice the price easier? Not quite.

Don’t get me wrong, these are some gorgeous lashes. And while I can’t wear them under my glasses (because they’re so big), they’re so easy to put on that I can carry them with me wherever I go until I’m ready for them. As someone who is awkward and doesn’t want to be extra constantly, this feature is definitely helpful.

However, something that really bothers me about these lashes is that before I first used them, one of the magnet pieces had already fallen off each side. And since I’ve used them, I’ve found more pieces falling off.

Despite that, I like these Glamnetic lashes. Since I don’t wear lashes regularly, they’re (hopefully) going to last me a long time, which I appreciate. But if they’re falling apart, who knows how long they’ll last….
