A few weeks ago, we showed the wonderful Bésame Cosmetics some love by featuring them in one of our Brand Spotlight posts. Today, I’m here to show off one of the very products featured in that post. That’s right: my Bésame Cosmetics Field Agent Lip Kit finally came in.
I only have one word for this collection. That word is: “WOW.”
Let’s start with the packaging. This is the most gorgeous and perfectly-thought packaging I’ve ever seen in a collaboration. The set comes “wrapped” in old-fashioned postage. It opens to reveal a beautiful faux-leather jewelry box with a brushed velvet interior. Bonus: the SSR logo is embossed on the inside in gold. Inside, you’ll find a photo and “note” from Howard Stark.
A secret compartment underneath it all hides the three lipsticks. They come in limited edition vintage-inspired tubes. This mold slightly differs from the classic Bésame lipsticks. (Note the tiny “Bésame” engraving along the side. How adorable is that?)
For long-time Bésame fans, these colors aren’t anything new. Bésame simply repackaged & renamed versions of existing colors used in the show. (Red Velvet, Dusty Rose, and Red Hot Red). But, this was my first time trying Bésame lipsticks. And as a lover of both lipstick and Marvel, I didn’t mind shelling out an extra two bucks for these gorgeous colors. Their formula is amazingly pigmented and smooth and offers full-coverage color with just a single swipe. Plus, the shades flatter all skin tones.
Top to bottom: 102 Sweet Dreams (Red Velvet), 103 Forget Me Not (Dusty Rose), 104 Always Be True (Red Hot Red)
Of course, considering Bésame recreated actual lipsticks from the ’40s, ’50s and ’60s, one swipe of this stuff made me want to tap into a classic, vintage-inspired makeup look. Silk scarves, winged liner, and red lips? Yes, please!

Until next time, Bésame. My wallet and I will be eagerly awaiting the next amazing thing you do.
