If you were at our geeky networking panel at Emerald City Comic Con, I promised that we would round up all the badass bosses you heard in one list for you. If you weren’t able to attend our panel, you missed a lot of incredible stories and tips about making real connections with the people around you and how we can all lift each other up. But, we have some exciting news:

Online Summit

For the first time ever, some of the information we shared will be available online! I’m presenting at my first online summit about networking, making connections, and building community. I’m so excited to be a part of the Product Powerhouse put on by Boss Project. Click here to save your seat for the online summit happening April 9-11!

Geeky Networking

If you’re interested in networking within the geeky community, we also invite you to join our online hangout! It’s one of our favorite places to chat with each other, share resources, and learn what’s going on in our niche.

Building Your Own Themyscira ECCC 2019

And finally, the list we promised you: five super cool women doing super cool things that you should absolutely follow:

Geek Girl Strong

Robyn Warren runs Geek Girl Strong, a wellness and personal health coaching business dedicated to helping nerdy women live their best lives.

Bombsheller

Jazzlyn Stone is the COO of Bombsheller, the coolest legging company around (which you can read so much more about in Issue 005 of The Sartorial Geek magazine!

Che Grayson

Chelsea Grayson is a writer who’s doing so many cool things in comics (including writing for an issue of our favorite, Bitch Planet, and two sweet interviews in The Sartorial Geek magazine!)

Book Beau

Benita Botello runs Book Beau, one of my favorite geeky businesses. I’m so inspired every time I talk to her (and own SO MANY of her beaus!).

Rose Del Vecchio

Rose founded both Fan Mail Box and Charmed: Box of Shadows. She has made it a priority to showcase fellow small businesses in every box, and that’s exactly the kind of networking and community we want to highlight.

We’re hoping to continue running this panel at comic cons, so please come join us if you see it on your programming list! And don’t forget to sign up for our online summit!

Author
