I’m so excited for this interview that’s been a year in the making: Paul Wynns from the Kevin Workman Foundation. I met Paul at San Diego Comic Con last year, and we finally got our schedules to align to be able to sit down and talk about the wonderful organization that is KWF:
The Kevin Workman Foundation was an idea we voiced at Kevin’s favorite restaurant among a few friends on the evening after his passing. The idea can’t rightly be claimed by any one of us individually. We channeled it, moved to give voice to an idea that we felt needed to be made real. We needed the work of Kevin’s passion to continue.
We’re inspired and honored that so many would be so supportive of the Foundation and our vision. My deepest thanks and appreciation to everyone for this support! I promise that the Foundation will be part of some amazing stories of individual creativity and uplift. This project has introduced me to some incredible people. And I’ve been reintroduced to new, more creative, more passionate aspects myself. With the help of our supporting donors, volunteers, artists, and community, we’ll strive to discover new frontiers of creativity and passion together, for many years to come. If you’re inspired by what we do, please consider a donation to help us expand our programs: http://kevinworkmanfoundation.org/give
