We’re so happy to introduce you to comics writer (and former Guinness World Record holder) Omar Morales.
Omar is a storyteller and writer originally from Oakland, Calif. He hasa deep love of comic books—the medium that helped him learn English as a young, first-generation American born of Mexican immigrants. His original stories include CruZader™: Agent of the Vatican, Moon Girl, and Major Thomás for the MAÑANA Anthology, coming to Kickstarter as a short story in July of 2020.
CruZader earned the Guinness World Record for Largest Comic Book Published in 2014 and is permanently on display at Jay & Silent Bob’s Secret Stash in Red Bank, New Jersey. CruZader also helped Omar earn honors as The CW TV’s Comic Book Hero contest winner way back in 2009.
Major Thomás is Omar’s current project, and it is planned for publication as a 100-page, full-color graphic novel in 2022.
Stay tuned for more information about that by following Omar at @the_cruzader.
