Dress for the Job You Want

Ever feel the overwhelming need to cosplay but you can’t because you’re like . . . going to work? Or maybe the cosplay life is just too expensive for you? (Totally fair by the way!)

Well, I’m here to introduce bounding, for when you just need some geek vibes in your everyday life.

Here we have my lovely friend Holly sporting all black in a Catwoman inspired outfit. Catwoman originally appeared as “The Cat” in the first issue of The Batman in 1940. She has been one of Batman’s most enduring opponents.

My favorite model, Makenzie Shorter, poses as Gwen Stacy. Gwen made her first appearance in The Amazing Spiderman #31 in December of 1965. She was simply one of Spidey’s girlfriends until the creation of SpiderGwen.

And last but not least we have me posing as one of my favorites, Poison Ivy. Always closely associated with the one and only Harley Quinn, Ivy actually made her debut long before Harleen Quinzel. Poison Ivy made her first appearance in Batman #181 in June of 1966.

Well, that’s all folks, next time you need to feel like a badass just pull on that green dress or break out the all black!
